((You may find 1 or more starcraft references in here, but this character is NOT teleported from the starcraft world NOR is she a starcraft ghost. She can not go invisible, shoot lockdown missiles, call down a nuke, or read minds. ))

Vehicle: (( It is in storage in a secure private garage in Raccoon City, I'm not using my vehicle at the moment))

Personality: Her personality is as cold as the Russian winters she grew up in. Serious, straight to the point, and sometimes harsh Tanya doesn't mess around. Especially being as how now people are fighting for the existence of man kind. Sarcasm and harsh wittiness nearly drips from her sentences as they come out of her mouth. She also has quite a developed sense ofblack humor. Tanya is pretty cocky, but then again she has the skills to back it up. Keep in mind she isn't entirely a cold hearted %$#!@. Deep down there is a core of sensitivity and devotion to humanity and her comrades....you just have to know how to find it.
Appearance:
Armor: One of a kind Black ops/super soldier armor designed for maximum flexibility and safety for the special ops personnel underneath it. The durable and stretchy fine mesh material that makes up the outer layer is water repellent/tight and is able to be exposed to and withstand extremely high temperatures and radiation for a limited amount of time. A greatly important trait to the armor is that it provides good flexibility and allows the skin to breathe. And unlike rubber or tight leather the black ops suit doesn't make that squelching sound when you move in it. The wearer is utterly silent like a barn owl when on the move. Also something greatly valued by any black ops agent is the suits ability to be literally a portable communications center. The GHOST "goggles" are also headphones with a mini microphone(like the kind in Blue tooth where it seems like the person is speaking to themselves) along with micro transmitting/receiving devices. Thus the agent in the field can communicate with and receive data from the HQ without carrying a bulky fragile radio. Certain data readouts can show up on the inside of the GHOST goggles for Tanya to view and still be hands free(just like the saiyan scouter from DBZ). Now that we're talking about the GHOST goggles lets learn some more about them. Her GHOST goggles that compliment the rest of her armor are one of a kind indeed. Of course it comes with night vision, infrared vision, auto focusing powerful binocular abilities(zooming in and out), and electromagnetic radiation vision which is emitted from nearby power lines, generators, and electrical equipment.
The diamond hard metal alloy on the top layer does not cover the entire body on purpose. The person wearing the suit is not expected to be taking many if ANY hits. However the metal provides protection to the advanced systems that make the black ops armor what it is. The metal armor parts of the suit can definitely withstand abuse and have been used before intentionally for blocking incoming attacks and even increasing the damage done by elbow smashes, shoulder smashes, and knee smashes.
Clothes: Navy blue hoody and jeans, solid black shirt , black $200 Nike' running shoes would be the norm for Tanya's clothes when she's not wearing her armor. Various types of camo clothing is an essential for her wardrobe. She has some other clothes in a cache elsewhere in the city.
Items:(i know these are pretty vague, but i can spruce it up if need be) A few first aid things(morphine, gauze, scissors, etc.), flip down GHOST goggles, utility belt with an assortment of items she might need out in the field, and enough ammo on her including a cache of ammo/supplies elsewhere in the city.
These are the things she has on her, but she has other items at her base
Personal Motto(s): "$#!& with the best, die like the rest." and "Spetsnaz don't die, they just regroup in hell!"
Interesting Facts:
Valuable Possessions: Picture of her family
(all other possessions of hers are back in her inherited estate in Russia.)
History: It was a time of war. The once powerful Soviet Union was crumbling under the weight of its own corruption, where hypocrisy and connections was how to make it. With the two biggest military powers of the world at a stand off, both holding large caches of nuclear weapons it came down to politics, spying, and intimidation. It was the Cold War. The military needed every little thing that could possibly help at their finger tips, especially linguists. Had Tanya Zaitsev been anyone else, she would long ago have probably been pushed into industrial business working in some cramped filthy factory and fighting desperately to earn enough money to feed herself. But as the beloved child of an old and wealthy family, Tanya Zaitsev grew up in the lap of luxury. She was sheltered from fear, hunger, sickness. She knew nothing of suffering and the chaos that lay outside her families estate other than what little hardships the news leaked. All through her childhood she was home schooled by private tutors and instructors. Ever since she was 5 Tanya has been immersed in gymnastics and foreign languages as her specialties. She was taught to push her self hard and to set her eyes on the goal and nothing short of it. By the age of 17 Tanya had become fluent in 4 different languages and could boast 2 Junior Olympic gold medals in Gymnastics. Her seemingly perfect life was shattered when her family was killed by a rival mob faction one fateful night. Tanya was upstairs sleeping when gun shots and her mothers screams shook her awake. More screams and and her father yelling were mixed in with the sounds of automatic gun rounds ripping through house. Tanya ran to get one of her fathers pistols hidden around the house, in this case it was behind a tile in the bathroom, just as one of the intruders came around the corner and stepped toward her. She shot the man in the head with the Desert Eagle plastering his brains on the wall behind him.Overwhelmed by grief and rage and barely escaping death, Tanya moved in with some relatives for a few months. A major chapter of our Russian girls life had just come to a close. A much darker one was about to begin.
After leaving her relatives and back into her families old estate Tanya lived off her family's fortune and took control of her own life at 18 years old. Not needing a job for money(and it would be minimum wage at best) she went to the university in Moscow for the time being. She majored in law and military history before leaving and going into the military. Tanya was not going to be put behind some desk though and work for the military that way. Oh no, she went all the way into the Spetsnaz. The Spetsnaz helped mold her into the 5 foot 6 inch package of wup-ass she is now. For the next few years she made a reputation for herself as being "ice cold" and stalwart even for spetsnaz standards. Some of her comrades would even jokingly say that when Tanya goes to hell she'll beat Satan into submission and become the Czaress. For a brief while Tanya also joined the KGB. Her credentials made her an officer almost immediately. However Tanya was more into field work rather than pulling strings from inside office buildings. She switched back into the Spetsnaz where she was welcomed warmly. A once in a life time opportunity came Tanyas way one day when her commanding officer called her into his office for a private "chat". He informed her that she was being recommended for a spot in a secret one of a kind military program. Of course she was accepted in and of course she took the offer which was destined to happen naturally. She was now a The Korscavo10 was a military program that trained it's very few hand picked soldiers(10 in total) in advanced Black Ops and even gave them prototype guns that weren't likely to appear in the world until 2020. It's also rumored the Korscavo 10 were "altered"...what ever that could mean. Tanya was also considered for the program because she had learned a diverse number of languages(4 from school, and 2 from military) which was a product of her wealthy specialized schooling and Spetsnaz training.
It was in 1998 when all @#!$ broke loose. Tanya and another member of the Korscavo10 were sent to the America after some powerful US officials talked to powerful Russian officials. What exactly was said behind closed doors is unknown. Basically Tanya and her comrade Nicholai were being rented by the US to help with the demonic outbreak. When they got to the states Nicholai was sent off toward New England while Tanya was needed in the south. She joined a detachment of troops from the Army that were headed to Atlanta. Something big was about to go down. The National Guard, police, and other government armed forces were going to provide protection for civilians supposedly. In some cases it has worked...in others it hasn't. Atlanta was a mistake to learn from. Details are shady, varied, and some just non existent, but the city was turned from a safe haven into utter devastation once demonic forces erupted somehow inside the city. Tanya escaped however on a helicopter with one of the last Medevacs out of Atlanta to Knoxville. There she joined up with more military personnel and for the next 9 years has been going around the country from place to place, disaster to disaster to kill zombies and save lives. She recently joined a group of Marines sent to L.A. As fate would have it the platoon she was with at the time bit off more then it could chew and her entire platoon "wiped". Except for of course our one and only Tanya Zaitsev. Now in a daily war with hellacious zombies, imps, and other abominations she fights to survive and wage guerilla warfare on this scourge. As she likes to say, "Trapped is just a temporary state of being." Currently Tanya uses the basement of an abandoned 13 story office building as her base of operations. She takes care of herself and at the same time keeps those within her sight alive. Since supplies doesn't last forever she every now and then makes trips back to San Fransisco to restock.
Introduction:
Tanya slung her gun onto her back and noiselessly pulled the fire escape ladder down to where she stood. Giving a few glances more glances around the coast was clear and.. Hup! She hoisted herself up onto the fire escape with ease, barely even touching the ladder. Like a stealthy feline she crouched softly up the fire escape throwing glances in the dark hospital room windows. Her GHOST goggles provided great night vision which was an essential for anyone walking around in a demon infested city at night. A few minutes after leaving the cold damp back alley ground she was on the hospital roof. It was clear except for pigeon #$!@ and a few puddles from the last rain. The helicopter pad had long since been vacant. The roof provided a great view of the city and depending on what she found inside Tanya might attempt to turn the hospital into an outpost. After popping her knuckles, neck, and stretching for a few minutes, the Russian heroine made her way to the rooftop stairway door which she found locked. No biggy, she was prepared for this. She glanced at the door handle and guesstimated what kind of model it was and after doing so she plucked a pair of lock picks from her belt and within 15 seconds had that baby open. Placing the picks back in her belt she detached her knives and entered the 5th floor of the hospital with goggles on, knives at the ready, and an ego that said "I dare something to attack me."
Like a deadly cobra primed to strike out with quick and lethal force, Tanya stepped quietly down the stairs and made her way to a door that opened into one of the buildings office hallways. The little window in the door showed her that nothing was directly on the other side of the door. Tanya turned the door handle especially slow to eliminate sound. She stepped inside and glanced to the left and right, it was clear...sort of. Blood splattered on the walls and a mutilated half eaten corpse were in the hall way. Tanya first needed to find a sign or map to give her some sort of orientation in this pitch dark hospital.
This is where her story picks up...
