Jessica was in the kitcen making a cup of tea for her and Logan. She had known that she went to the doctor after been having trouble breathing a few days ago. She told Logan what happen and he was coming right over to check on her. She was in the middle of making the tea and she started to have trouble breathing. She hewading for the pills the doctor gave her but fell to the floor as the tea pot whistled.

Logan was worried about Jess, her health problems on top of everything else that was going on. Things kept getting worse it seemed. First the world went to hell, then he 'died', now his girlfriend was sick. But he would once again play the tough supportive boyfriend for her. Even though they were close, he never truely let his gaurd down around her, to confide or breakdown. He hardly ever let his feeling show, only ever in front of Taylor or Becky. Jess just wasn't up to that point yet.
He hurried over to her house when she called about it. He knocked on the door and waited for a reply. When he heard none, but heard a whistle through the door, he was really concerned. "Jess?! You in there?" he shouted, waiting for a reply.
When he heard none, he turned the knob to see if it was unlocked, which it was. He'd have to give her grief about that one later. He hurried to the kitchen and that's when he saw her lying on the ground. His eyes went big and he dashed over to her.
"Jess? Oh god" he mumbled to himself, gently picking her up and taking her over to the couch to set her down. She was still breathing...what should he do? Call help? Becky? He didn't know anything about what can help a person in this situation.

She pointed to the pill bottle on the table. She knew that Logan whould worry but she just need the pils to take. As she set there still having trouble breathing. She knew that her mother had the same proublem when she was Jessica's age. "Over there the bottle please ."She said to him.

"What?" he asked when she pointed toward the table. He turned and had to look for a moment before he noticed the bottle of pills there. "Oh" he corrected, jumping for the pills and delivering them back to Jessica. She seemed pretty calm, of course everybody had this ability to remain calm when Logan could not. Then again maybe this was nothing to worry about...whatever it was, Logan would demand an explaination. But first he waited, he would confront after everything resolved.

After she took the pills she looked up at Logan."Logan it's somthing my mother had when she was my age. I'm not sure want makes it happen. I know I should have told you. But I know that you have alot on your mind. I didn't want to add to it."She said looking down.

He didn't know how to reply to that. Should he be touched that she cared about how much he had on his plate? Or furious that she was keeping something like this from him? He opened his mouth as if he were about to speak, but he couldn't form the words, he didn't know what to say.
"Listen, Jess, don't feel like you have to keep these things from me. I care about you, and you're kinda starting to worry me. Please don't keep this kinda stuff from me?" he was almost pleading with her. He hated to be left in the dark, no matter how difficult being in the loop could be. Ignorance is bliss, but not anymore. |

"Logan that is all I was hiding from you. That and the nightmares that had came back."She said knowing he would know about the nightmares she had been talking about. The ones where her father comes back from the dead and finds her and kills her. A small tear rolls down her face.

Logan cocked his head to the side and let a small frown show upon his face. Her nightmares had come back. Mind you everyone had nightmares, especially now. The problem was, hers were not related to the hell on Earth at all. It was daddy issues that still haunt her to this day.
He took his thumb and wiped the lone tear from her eye. "C'mon now, he's nowhere to be found. After seeing everything that's happened, coming back for you would most likely be the last thing on his mind" Logan tried to cheer her up using honesty. Logan wasn't even sure her father would be alive though after what's happened. |

"Logan thank you for being here for me."She said hugging Logan as she laid her head on his chest. "Are you going to stay tonight here with me?"She asked looking up at Logan. She always felt safe with Logan.

And that moment of happiness instantly turned back into complicated. She wanted him to stay now, but he couldn't. He promised Taylor he would be there tonight, on top of that he didn't like her alone. Taylor of course says she's fine but Logan wouldn't be the protective older brother that he was if he didn't worry.
"Umm...actually I can't" he confessed, feeling instantly guilty as he did so. He cared about Jessica yes, but his sister would always come first, always. If Taylor were here she'd probably slap him upside the head, but still. "I promised Taylor I'd be home tonight, and tonight's a fullmoon meaning there's extra baddies lurking about-" he started rambling. He was uninentionally good at babbling and making a fool of himself. |

Jessica stood up and walked over to the door. Yes she was upset. But she didn't want to get in the way of Logan and his sister."Then I better let you go."She said to him. Yes she hated being in the house alone at night. But she did try to hide that feeling. But then again she could never hid her feels from Logan.

"I don't have to go now" he told her, guilty that he made her upset. "it's still daylight, see?" he told her, pointing towards the window which just outside showed a sun shining. Their relationship was still rocky...and it wasn't getting better. It wasn't really getting worse either though, they just seemed to be growing distant.
"I didn't mean to upset you" he apologized, standing with his hands in his pockets, looking from the ground back up to Jessica.

The way she spoke seemed as if he was going to judge her, or worse, hurt her. Almost like she was talking to her dad. And that's what hurt him most of all. Regaurdless of what she meant by the tone of her voice, that's what it sounded like to Logan. He would never hurt her, or abuse anyone in general. He wasn't like that...it just wasn't how he was wired.
"You don't need to apologize" he told her, continuing. "You can speak whatever is on you're mind" he added. Jess was definantly acting weird that day, he knew that. From the rapid apologizing, trouble breathing, awkwardness. Was she hiding something else? Or was he just being paranoid? |

"I just have been threw alot today before you came over. I need to get a drink."She said standing up. Her hands where shaking. Yes there was something esle she wasn't telling Logan and soon it would be showing what happen. A small bruse was on hr left and right arm as if someone had held her down.
